If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services within the initial 7-day period, we are pleased to offer you a full refund for web hosting or VPS hosting. Customers located in the EU or UK are eligible for a 14-day refund policy in case they are dissatisfied with our services during that time. It's important to note that this refund policy applies only to first-time accounts. Please note that dedicated servers, as well as any additional features like third-party products or licenses, and upgrades made to hosting services, are non-refundable.
To cancel your hosting services, please log in to your client area. Navigate to the Services section, choose the service you wish to cancel, and click on "Request Cancellation" in the left sidebar. You will have the option to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.
To update or change your account information, simply submit a ticket to our support team and they will assist you with the necessary changes.
Yes, you can transfer your hosting account to another account. To initiate the transfer, please ensure that there are no outstanding invoices for the account from which you're transferring the services. Create a support ticket in our Billing Department and provide details about the services you want to transfer and the destination account ID. The receiving account should also open a ticket in our billing department, confirming their agreement to accept the specified services from your account. If you encounter any difficulties during the account transfer process, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
